100% Pheasant Run Syrah
This Syrah is thoughtfully aged in 100% French Oak, 70% new and 30% neutral. The fruit represents the sand, loess and river rock soil it was grown in. Organic aromas of forest floor, black olives, wild mushrooms, and black berries round out the nose and lead into a pallet of fresh fig, ripe plum which seamlessly rolls into a supple elongated finish.
