This single vineyard Syrah is an exceptional representation of Walla Walla fruit with its color a highly concentrated shade of deep purple. Aromas of crushed rocks and saddle leather. The palate is full with fruity-intensity and flavors recalling pomegranate and molasses enhance the finish. This wine is complete from start to finish; it has a robust and rustic quality reminiscent of a Rhone style Syrah. Will couple well almost any great cut of red meat that has been grilled or seared to perfection.
