Love sparkling wines? Love happy hour? You wont want to miss this.
Join us for Happy Hour in the cellar to welcome warmer weather and celebrate the release of new sparkling wines from our Pét Project label. Our production team will be pouring our four newest releases plus two existing favorites. Winemaker (+ Resident Chef) Jay Anderson will be whipping up a beautiful spread of seasonal appetizers for you to indulge in. Bring your friends, bring a date, or bring the whole family. All are welcome!

ABOUT PÉT PROJECT
Pét Project, Foundry Vineyards' sister label, focuses on the creation of low-intervention sparkling wines made in the ancestral method. The French refer to these wines as pétillant-naturel (translation: naturally sparkling) or pét-nat for short. These wines capture the liveliness of fermentation just before it is completed; the remaining CO2 in bottle results in naturally occurring bubbles. Each of our wines is made from certified organic fruit sourced from partner vineyards across Washington state.
