Foundry Vineyards' Bordeaux-style blend features original label art by New York artist Rob Pruitt. This year capitalizes on Petit Verdot and Merlot, giving Cabernet Sauvignon slightly less of the spotlight. The resulting wine has notes of plum and blackberry with hints of olive and lavender. The wine was aged for 30 months in 70% new French Oak.
