This wine is truly special. While many wineries offer a white blend as their “introductory blend,” our Last Splash showcases the full range of our white wine interests, highlighting the variety of organically farmed fruit sourced from across Washington State. We’ve opted not to rely on traditional blending protocols, instead demonstrating that great grapes handled correctly will produce great wine. Made with indigenous yeasts and no additives during fermentation and élevage—just a touch of SO2 at bottling—this dynamic, fruit-forward blend is perfect for picnics and poolside summer days, yet intriguing enough to spark conversation among food and wine enthusiasts.
Lightly cloudy and wildly aromatic, our first ever bottling of Last Splash is bright and playful. This white blend features eight varieties of organically-farmed grapes from vineyards across Washington. The aromas dance out of the glass, you won’t have to dig: honeysuckle, kiwi, white peach, orange peel. On the palate, it’s textural and tart with a slight bitterness to balance. With its screw cap closure, it’s truly the perfect picnic, pool, or porch wine
