We are excited to release Sunlight Cuvée, a unique blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay from two vineyards we’ve worked with for several years. This wine combines aged wine with freshly fermenting juice, drawing inspiration from the Traditional Method, but with the playful spirit of a pét-nat. After 12 months of aging in neutral oak barrels, the wine was blended with juice from the 2023 vintage and bottled for secondary fermentation. It was aged sur lie for 16 months before being hand disgorged. The name Sunlight Cuvée reflects the bright, optimistic energy we hope this wine conveys—a delicate, ethereal balance between the two beautiful grape varieties.
Bright and zippy, Sunlight Cuvée offers juicy orchard fruit flavors with hints of toasted coconut and vanilla, balanced by a lime and tonic-like minerality. Soft, frothy bubbles fill the palate, making this sparkling wine refreshing and perfect for any occasion.
