2023 Chardonnay

Chardonnay has long been a favorite and a staple in our lineup, and our Conley Vineyard Chardonnay is our boldest white wine. Treated more like a red in its aging process, it undergoes an extended 18-month élevage, with just one racking before bottling. This uninterrupted time on the lees enhances its rich, velvety elegance. Fermented in 20% new oak, it strikes a balance between power and restraint. The subtle oak character complements the delicate fruit on the palate, creating a wine that is both structured and refined.

Fresh tropical fruits dominate the nose of our 2023 Chardonnay, offering notes of grilled pineapple, coconut flakes, and lime zest. A hint of butterscotch and walnut skin add complexity while Conley’s altitude shines through with a mouth-watering acidity. Try it with something seasonal and fresh, like a summer squash salad or pasta primavera.
