2024 Pinot Noir

Our 2024 Pinot Noir comes from Pear Ridge on Underwood Mountain, where the cool climate of the Columbia Gorge brings freshness and balance to the fruit. Home to an heirloom pear orchard as well as grapevines, Pear Ridge takes a holistic approach to farming, incorporating regenerative practices and relying on the region’s rainfall rather than irrigation.

 

A long growing season gave the grapes time to develop flavor while retaining their brightness. Aging in neutral French oak lets the vineyard’s character come through: mountain berries, pine, and forest floor.

 

In the glass, aromas of plum and Hood strawberries lead into cranberry and rhubarb, with a gently bitter note of radicchio and a hint of rosemary. Pair it with roasted celeriac, blue cheese, and walnuts.
