Our Estate Vineyard produces vibrant fruit. As we continue to evolve our farming and compost processes, we are excited to see yields continue to increase each season. With such high nutrient levels, we are also seeing the fermentations from our estate grapes grow healthier and heartier, resulting in incredibly approachable, yet high-caliber naturally-fermented wines.
On the nose, you’ll discover layers of ripe blackberries and red cherry fruit leather, olive brine and dried lavender, all swirled together on an evergreen forest floor. The palate is charming and balanced: fruit and earth in equal doses. In true FV fashion, it’s a lighterhand style apt for food pairing versatility, but still so satisfyingly bold and sexy. A bottle to reach for on many occasions: a hot date, impressing your father-in-law, or simply a cozy winter night in with friends. It’s drinking stunningly now but will surely soften and develop within the next ten years.
