2023 was another great year for the White on White blend. The 2022 was one of the best WOWs we have ever produced and I think this one can stand right there next to it. The only major difference in winemaking methodology from the 2023 blend over the 2022 blend was an increased use of concrete aging. We have moved to aging more than half of this blend in concrete with the other portion remaining in neutral oak and a small amount of stainless steel. The concrete imparts a roundness without as much of the flavor impact of oak. We find this to be a more approachable and refreshing result that allows the fruit characteristics to be more pronounced.

Our 2023 flagship white boasts the prettiest aromas of honey dew melon, meyer lemon, and white tea. Subtle secondary aromas are giving toasty brioche and a dash of aged gouda.
