Sunlight Cuvée (2nd Gen)

We are excited to release the second edition of Sunlight Cuvée, a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay from two vineyards we've worked with for many years. This wine combines barrel-aged wine with freshly fermenting juice, drawing inspiration from the Traditional Method while maintaining the lively, approachable spirit of a pét-nat. After 12 months of aging in neutral oak, the wine was blended with juice from the 2024 vintage and bottled for secondary fermentation. It was then aged sur lie for 16 months before being hand disgorged. The name Sunlight Cuvée reflects the bright, optimistic character of the wine. A delicate balance of freshness, texture, and the unique personalities of these two beautiful grape varieties.
