The Perpetual Cuvée is our ongoing blend built across vintages, currently spanning 2019 through 2024. Each year we carry a portion of the previous wine forward and refresh it with the new harvest. Over time, the wine builds on itself. The idea is simple. Older wine brings depth and texture. Younger wine brings energy and brightness. Together they create something that feels steady and recognizable, but still alive. Instead of chasing the personality of a single vintage, this approach lets the vineyard express itself over time. The wine grows more layered each year, shaped naturally by patience rather than adjustment. It is a long conversation between harvests.
Bright and lively, this fourth-generation Perpetual Cuvée layers orchard fruit — golden apple, pear, and kiwi — with lemon-cucumber freshness, dark honey, baking spice, and a touch of toasted almond. The acidity is zippy, the bubbles soft and persistent. Fresh yet quietly complex, it pairs beautifully with Delice de Bourgogne or celebratory meals.
