After a freeze and a year spent retraining the vines, we're excited to once again release our Estate Rosé Pét-Nat from Stonemarker Vineyard. Made from Cabernet Franc and Malbec vines planted in 2017, this wine continues to showcase the bright, energetic character we love from this site. As the vineyard continues to mature, the fruit has gained depth and consistency while maintaining the freshness that makes it so well suited to sparkling rosé.

Sunset pink and wildly refreshing, with strawberry Pop Rocks, peach, coastal air, and petrichor on the nose. The palate is juicy and softly textured, with creamy

bubbles carrying notes of strawberry, watermelon, lychee candy, and fresh mint. A touch of sweetness is pulled into balance by a quinine-like, Aperol-style bitterness on the finish. Great with fresh, salty, or lightly spicy food: spring rolls, grilled shrimp, watermelon and feta, tacos, or anything with citrus, herbs, and a little heat.
