The Artisan Cabernet Sauvignon was the first wine we produced in 2003, and it remains our flagship estate wine. This release continues that story with fruit from Stonemarker Vineyard, our home vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley, and a special artist label by Miyeon Lee.

Planted in 1998 along Caldwell Creek, Stonemarker is managed entirely by hand, with a focus on organic practices and soil regeneration. In 2022, a cold, wet spring delayed the growing season before a remarkably warm fall gave the fruit time to ripen evenly.

Black cherry, anise, and hints of vanilla and sassafras give way to a savory depth beneath the fruit. Juicy and well-balanced, with a soft mouthfeel, this Cabernet pairs beautifully with cioppino or seared steak finished with herb compound butter.
